As an IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator, we draw on a variety of techniques to structure an approach for each engagement.
We provide safe spaces to both listen to – and engage – stakeholders in a transparent and cooperative setting. To these activities, C2C brings:
- Objectivity – providing a receptive ear for all participants
- Inclusivity – ensuring that all viewpoints are represented
- Independent perspective – working towards a balanced consensus for action
- Engagement processes and techniques – with the flexibility to keep participants on-track
C2C is experienced in the translation and delivery of core business mandates into the public domain.
We have scoped, designed and successfully delivered structured dialogue workshops and forums across Canada that support planning, awareness building, research, consultation, and learning initiatives in the energy sector.
We develop constituent-specific engagement strategies built on defined principles and facilitated in a broad range of settings – from internal groups to external communities where local consideration of cultural and historic sensitivities is critical; including First Nations and Métis.
Facilitated approaches and modes of delivery are specifically tailored to meet client objectives and work with participant groups numbering from less than 10 to over 100. These include:
- Interactive forums
- Internal staff sessions
